Job Description:

Overview

PLEASE APPLY IF YOU HAVE AT LEAST 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN AN IFA/WEALTH MANAGER PRACTICE INCLUDING AT LEAST 12 MONTHS AS A PARAPLANNER.

We are looking for an experienced IFA professional who is reliable and hardworking. You should have been working for an IFA/wealth manager for at least 5 years, including at least 12 months as a paraplanner. You will ideally have achieved your level 4 qualification and have a strong knowledge of IO.

The successful recruit will work in a busy Independent Financial Adviser practice in the City of London. You will support two advisers, deal with clients directly, and liaise with the administration team.

Duties

  • Discuss client requirements with adviser.
  • Analyse data as part of pre-advice research.
  • Undertake cashflow forecasting.
  • Provision of technical support.
  • Production of advice reports across a range of client needs.
  • Involvement in the Investment Committee.

Reporting:

You will report directly to the MD.

Management Team:

Over time, you may be integrated into the Management Team.

Skills

  • Proficient in FE Analytics, cash calc, Intelliflo cashflow.
  • Strong knowledge of IO.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong communicator.
  • Good grammar and written skills.
  • Ability to work as part of the team, adopting our values of collaboration.
  • Attention to detail.

Ability to commute/relocate:

Experience:

  • IFA Administration: 5 years (required)
  • Work Location: In person (required)
  • Ideally achieved Level 4 Diploma in regulated Financial Planning.
