IFS HCM Consultant
Contract: 6 Months
Commitment: 3 Days per Week
Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking an experienced IFS HCM Consultant to support the implementation and optimisation of IFS Human Capital Management solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality functional solutions and ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration and implementation of IFS HCM modules in line with business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document functional requirements.
- Provide expert advice on IFS HCM best practices and recommend process improvements.
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), end-user training, and go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering IFS HCM implementations.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and IFS HCM functionality.
- Experience conducting workshops and engaging with business stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional system solutions.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
