IFS, a leader in facilities and operations management technology, has officially opened applications for its flagship Winners in Africa (WIN) Program 2026.
The three-year Graduate Engineering Management Trainee initiative aims to equip ambitious young Nigerian engineers with hands-on expertise, bridging the gap between academic theory and real-world industry leadership.

The WIN Program is designed to develop the next generation of engineering professionals skilled in the technologies transforming facilities management, operations optimization, and smart infrastructure solutions across Africa.
Successful candidates will undergo intensive structured training while earning a competitive annual salary of ₦250,000.
Eligibility Criteria
Interested Applicants Must Meet The Following Requirements
- Hold a degree in Engineering or related disciplines.
- Have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical aptitude.
