The Role
An established IFS Partner is looking for an experienced IFS Supply Chain Consultant to join their growing delivery team. This is a fully remote opportunity for someone with strong IFS Applications / IFS Cloud Supply Chain experience who enjoys working directly with customers and delivering practical ERP solutions. You will be involved across the full project lifecycle, from understanding business requirements through to solution design, configuration, testing, implementation and post-go-live support.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver IFS Supply Chain solutions across customer projects.
- Gather and analyse customer business requirements.
- Translate requirements into effective IFS solutions.
- Configure and optimise IFS functionality.
- Support IFS Cloud implementations, upgrades and enhancements.
- Work across areas including:
- Procurement & Purchasing
- Inventory Management
- Sales & Order Management
- Supply Chain Planning
- Logistics & Distribution
- Stock Management
- Produce functional specifications and supporting documentation.
- Support system testing, UAT and issue resolution.
- Work closely with technical consultants, project managers and other functional specialists.
- Provide customer training and knowledge transfer where required.
- Support customers through go-live and post-go-live activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through IFS.

Required Experience
- Strong commercial experience working with IFS Applications and/or IFS Cloud.
- Solid Supply Chain functional knowledge.
- Experience configuring IFS Supply Chain modules.
- Experience working on IFS implementations, upgrades or transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes.
- Previous experience within an IFS Partner / consultancy environment would be highly desirable.
- Comfortable working directly with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently within a remote environment.

Desirable
- IFS Cloud implementation experience.
- Experience across multiple IFS versions, particularly Apps 9, Apps 10 and IFS Cloud.
- Experience with IFS integrations and IFS Connect.
- Exposure to Manufacturing, Finance or Projects within IFS.
- Experience delivering customer workshops.
- IFS certification or relevant formal training.
