What You Can Expect From The Role

  • Deliver expert consultancy on IFS Cloud ERP implementations, with a focus on the Supply Chain modules.
  • Work closely with clients to gather business requirements, map processes, and design effective ERP solutions tailored to their operational needs.
  • Configure and customise IFS Cloud modules to meet functional specifications.
  • Support clients through all phases of implementation: from discovery and design to testing, training, and go-live.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations to optimise business performance through IFS solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional project teams, ensuring seamless integration between business processes and the ERP system.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuously develop your expertise in IFS Cloud and industry best practices.
  • Support post-implementation reviews and provide ongoing client support where required.

What We Will Look For In Your CV

  • Proven experience in implementing or supporting IFS Cloud or similar ERP systems in a consultancy capacity.
  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in Supply Chain module areas.
  • Strong business process understanding and the ability to translate requirements into effective ERP configurations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel to customer site as required by project demands.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
