IFS Test Administrator
Contract | Outside IR35 | Remote / UK
IT Works Recruitment are currently supporting a confidential client who are looking to bring an experienced IFS Test Administrator into their programme on a contract basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IFS testing professional to support the coordination and administration of testing activities across an ongoing IFS programme.
The Role
The successful IFS Test Administrator will support the programme with the day-to-day administration and coordination of testing, ensuring test scripts, scenarios and results are accurately managed and maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and coordinate IFS test activities across the programme.
- Manage and maintain test scripts, scenarios and test documentation.
- Upload, organise and manage test scripts within Jira.
- Support business users and functional teams throughout test cycles.
- Track test execution, defects, progress and outstanding actions.
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of UAT and other testing phases.
- Ensure testing activity is properly documented and reported.
- Work closely with the wider IFS project and testing teams to ensure testing remains on track.

Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience working as an IFS Test Administrator / Test Coordinator / Test Analyst.
- Strong understanding of IFS ERP testing environments and processes.
- Experience supporting UAT and other formal testing cycles.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and test script management.
- Comfortable working with business users and functional consultants.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Experience working within a structured ERP transformation or implementation programme.
