Respond and process incidents and service requests in AskIT that are related to myAccess 2.0 and myAccess+
- Checking, responding, and addressing incidents
- Checking, responding, and addressing service requests related to onboarding, conversion, rehire of staff and profile update
- Validate the user profile details up to each target systems
- Checking of AD account and primary group
- Checking of Office 365 account, licenses, groups and roles
- Checking of Lotus Notes provisioning
- Checking and rerouting of approvals in myAccess 2.0 and myAccess+
Analyze user access and answer inquiries sent via MS Teams and emails regarding myAccess 2.0 and myAccess+

- Responding to how-to inquiries
- Aiding users on using myAccess 2.0 and myAccess+
Execute manual provisioning/de-provisioning of access in myAccess 2.0 and myAccess+
- Analyze and route the approval of Freetext requests in myAccess 2.0 and myAccess+
Periodically monitor the Duplicate Identity Management in myAccess+
Coordinate with system owners and IT teams to remediate inappropriate access and ensure accurate execution of changes
- Manage and monitor periodic and ad hoc access review campaigns, ensuring timely completion, and proper tracking, including follow-ups and escalation of overdue tasks
- Track compliance status, report findings, and support closure of audit observations related to access control

Provide weekly updates and feedback to ADB SME
Apply documented workarounds to address issues in myAccess 2.0 and myAccess+ and escalate to ADB L3 Support when necessary
Recommend and support process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and control effectiveness
Coordinate with ADB Service Desk and ADB L3 Support
Maintain Standard Operating Procedure documents
