Ignition Visualisation Producer (109383)

Base Location: London (with travel to Manchester) plus network of 20 offices nationally

The KPMG Ignition function is a cornerstone of our business. Operating from London and Manchester, we do work that matters, serving the country with diligence and expertise.

KPMG is one of the world's largest and most respected consultancies. We've supported the UK through times of war and peace, prosperity and recession, political and regulatory upheaval. We've proudly stood beside the institutions and businesses which make the UK what it is.

Why Join KPMG as an Ignition Visualisation Producer?

We work with subject matter experts from across KPMG to help our clients transform through the creation of new visions, new strategies and new business models, or by improving end-to-end customer experience and building programmes to execute.

We work with senior executives across our client base, helping them to solve their biggest and most complex challenges in highly accelerated timescales — motivating, challenging and influencing them every step of the way.

What will you be doing?

As an Ignition Visualisation Producer, you will work as part of a team delivering client-facing events across our services. As part of these events, you will act as an expert provider of visuals that bring the event / associated messaging to life through branding or visual metaphors.

You will also work during events – often directly with clients - to capture, represent and synthesise key messages into a visually engaging storytelling format through graphical capture (i.e. rich pictures in an analogue or digital form).

You will also spend time working with Ignition and KPMG teams to prepare the right visual assets to make a meaningful impact on our clients during events.

Beyond event delivery, you will have the opportunity, and be expected, to contribute to the ongoing development of the Ignition venture.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
