We are a multi-award-winning Animation & VFX company looking for an Illustrator / 2D Animator to join our growing team in-house in our Dalston studio 5 days a week in London on an initial 6-month contract.
Job purpose:
To create illustrations and animation on a wide range of exciting projects including game cinematics, title sequences, and episodic TV series.
Candidate responsibilities and requirements:
The core task will be creating illustrations and animating. It could be characters for a film or game trailer or illustrative environments for a title sequence, feature documentary animation. We work with a wide range of styles so we are looking for someone who enjoys working in any or many styles!

You will be working in a team with animators, motion designers, and FX artists.
Creating storyboards and animatics will be required.
Cel animation - it would be a bonus if you are comfortable working frame by frame.
You must be skilled in Adobe After Effects / Creative Cloud, TV Paint, or Toon Boom Harmony. Further skill sets like Procreate, Illustrator, or Blender/Maya will be an advantage but not essential.
