Assistant Aftersales Manager

Location: Exeter

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 Basic + Bonus

Pembrook Resourcing are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established dealership in Exeter who are looking to appoint an experienced Assistant Aftersales Manager to support the running of their Service and Parts departments.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Service Manager, Workshop Controller, or Senior Service Advisor ready to step up into a senior leadership role.

The Role

  • Supporting the Aftersales Manager with the daily running of the department
  • Overseeing Service Advisors, Workshop Controller, Technicians, and Parts team
  • Driving labour sales, efficiency, and productivity
  • Monitoring KPIs and assisting with departmental reporting
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction (CSI)
  • Supporting staff training, coaching, and development
  • Maintaining compliance with FCA and Health & Safety standards

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience within a dealership aftersales environment
  • Experience as a Service Manager, Senior Service Advisor, or Workshop Controller
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Commercial awareness and target-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
  • Full UK driving licence
