HEAD OF BUSINESS - KIDLINGTON
£60,000 - £70,000 BASIC + £100,000+ UNCAPPED OTE
Pembrook Resourcing are currently recruiting for an experienced Head of Business to join a successful automotive dealership in Kidlington.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious senior automotive professional looking for a role with real responsibility, excellent earning potential and the opportunity to drive the overall performance of a dealership.

The Role
As Head of Business, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running, commercial performance and profitability of the dealership. You will lead and develop the management team, drive performance across all departments and ensure the business consistently delivers against its targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for dealership performance and profitability
- Leading and developing senior management teams
- Driving sales, aftersales and parts performance
- Monitoring and improving key KPIs
- Maximising revenue and profitability
- Setting and achieving commercial targets
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Developing a strong, motivated and high-performing team
- Working closely with manufacturer and group stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities to improve performance and grow the business
About You
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Head of Business, General Manager, Dealer Principal or in a similar senior dealership leadership position.

You will be commercially driven, confident managing senior teams and have a proven track record of delivering strong results within the automotive industry.
Just as importantly, you’ll be someone who leads by example, develops people and understands that a successful dealership is built around its team.
