SERVICE ADVISOR
Wimbledon | £30,000–£34,500 Basic + £30 Per Service Plan | 33 Days Annual Leave | Monday-Friday | Career Progression

Salary And Benefits
- Receive a basic salary of £30,000–£34,500 plus £30 for every service plan sold.

Experience Requirements
- Possess previous automotive Service Advisor experience.
- Understand the pace of a busy aftersales environment.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage customer bookings and set clear expectations.
- Liaise with Technicians and the workshop during repairs.
- Keep customers updated on progress, costs, and timescales.
- Prepare job cards, estimates, and invoices.
- Discuss servicing and repair needs with customers.
- Promote service plans and maximise sales opportunities.
- Deliver a smooth, professional customer experience.
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships.
