This could be a great opportunity to join an established automotive business in Eastbourne, offering a £30,000 basic salary with an OTE of £45,000, strong uncapped earning potential and Saturdays paid as overtime on top of your basic salary.
The business is also committed to developing its people, with brand training available to support your career progression.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- You’ll receive a £30,000 basic salary, with an expected OTE of £45,000 and strong uncapped earning potential for high performers.
- Saturday working is paid separately as overtime on top of your basic salary, giving you another opportunity to increase your earnings.

THE ROLE
- Manage customer bookings and ensure expectations are clear from the start
- Liaise with Technicians and the workshop throughout the repair process
- Keep customers updated on progress, costs and timescales
- Prepare job cards, estimates and invoices
- Discuss servicing and repair requirements with customers
- Maximise service, repair and additional sales opportunities
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships
- Deliver an excellent customer experience from booking through to collection
- Work closely with the wider aftersales team to maximise workshop performance
You’ll Need
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience as an automotive Service Advisor
- Confidence discussing vehicle repairs, costs and timescales with customers
- A good understanding of workshop and aftersales processes
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- The ability to manage multiple jobs in a busy environment
- A commercially minded approach with the motivation to maximise your earnings
