The Position
We’re looking for an organised, detail-oriented Image Coordinator to support our e-commerce studio in producing consistently high-quality imagery. You will manage daily image workflows, ensure timely delivery of assets, maintain and evolve the imagery matrix to meet brand requirements, and act as a communication hub between production, art direction, external partners, and the retouching team. You will also play a key role in developing both inhouse and outsource workflows to ensure efficiency and consistency. You will also work closely with Production and Innovation to support the development of QC workflows and the testing and integration of AI initiatives within the image production process.
Responsibilities:
Post Operations & Administration
- Support the studio in producing imagery aligned with Lock’s high-quality standards.
- Manage image workflows from submission through to final delivery.
- Maintain, evolve, and update the imagery matrix to meet brand requirements.
- Propose new, suitable workflows for both in-house and outsource teams to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Identify efficiencies within workflows and evolve processes to improve speed, quality, and consistency.
- Act as a communication hub across production, art direction, external partners, and retouching teams.
- Build a strong communication style that fosters collaboration with both the client and production teams.
- Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables using spreadsheets and project management tools.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure images meet technical specifications, briefs, and client feedback.
- Provide ongoing feedback to production and on-set teams regarding recurring issues or areas for improvement.
- Prepare and deliver final assets on time, correctly formatted, named, and aligned with brand and technical guidelines.
- Demonstrate flexibility by identifying pressure points and adjusting workflows as the business scales.
- Work closely with Production to continually evolve QC and image workflows, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and consistency.
- Support the testing and integration of AI initiatives within QC workflows, reviewing outputs, providing feedback and helping establish effective processes as new technologies are introduced.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
