Type: 6-Month Fixed Term Contract (FTC)

Working Pattern: Full Time, Onsite (5 days a week, standard office hours)

The Opportunity

As we enter our busy peak period, we are looking for a skilled mid-level Image Retoucher / Editor to join our fast-paced Studio team. Working in one of the most creative hubs of our business, you will deliver high-quality, colour-accurate e-commerce model photography, still life images, and editorial digital assets featuring major global brands. If you are an expert in Adobe Photoshop who can hit the ground running and thrive in a dynamic studio environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to make an immediate impact.

The Role Scope

Reporting to the Studio Manager, you will ensure all studio photography and campaign assets meet MandM’s high standards of quality, colour accuracy, and high-volume productivity.

Role key responsibilities:

  • High-Volume Retouching & Colour Accuracy

    Execute editing, colour correction, and retouching across e-commerce model photography, still life, and seasonal campaign assets. Quality check and colour-match digital files against physical garment samples to guarantee consistent fit and accurate product representation online. Maintain strict MandM photography guidelines, ensuring backgrounds, aesthetics, and visual standards remain consistent across all output.

  • Studio Workflow & Team Collaboration

    Work closely with the Photography, Styling, and Imaging teams to maintain an organised and timely flow of assets from shooting through to handover. Collaborate with Buying teams to ensure imagery accurately reflects current samples and business requirements. Communicate effectively across the department to resolve workflow bottlenecks and keep processing timelines on track.

  • Technical Innovation & Studio Support

    Adopt and integrate new editing tools, software advancements, and AI-driven technologies to maximise efficiency and workflow speed. Assist photographers with image or video editing when required during high-volume periods. Provide cover in the absence of the Images Executive or Imaging Specialist to keep studio operations running smoothly.

About you

What we’re looking for

  • Proven Retouching Experience: Mid-level experience editing and retouching high-volume e-commerce product and model imagery (ready to hit the ground running with minimal training).
  • Software Expertise: Highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop and the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite across PC/Mac platforms.
  • Pace & Time Management: Strong organisational skills with a proven track record of managing high-volume workflows under tight deadlines.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital photography, lighting, colour and garment accuracy standards.
  • AI Tool Knowledge (Desirable): Prior experience with AI-driven image editing tools or platforms is a strong plus.
  • Background (Desirable): Prior experience in retail/e-commerce studio environments or a background in digital photography is advantageous.
