OVERVIEW

We are looking for a European High Yield Credit Analyst to join ISP London branch Global Markets Trading Desk.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Support trading activity across European HY credit (primary & secondary)
  • Generate and articulate trade ideas in non-cyclical sectors, cyclical sectors and special situations
  • Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and credit assessments
  • Work with traders on relative value, capital structure, and event-driven opportunities
  • Engage with buy- and sell-side counterparties to deepen market intelligence, and build the franchise
  • Contribute to AI-driven analytics and optimisation initiatives

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • At least 5 years’ experience as a PM/Analyst on a credit desk, Buy or Sell Side, with European HY focus
  • Strong credit modelling and forecasting skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across the street
  • Commercial mindset and ability to work in a fast-moving trading environment
  • Strong academic background
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex credit analysis, and recommendations, clearly
