Salary: Up to £24 per hour + bonus.
Join the UK’s largest repair group in this fantastic opportunity as a Paint Technician at our busy workshop in Accrington, and take advantage of our exceptional uncapped bonus schemes.
As a Paint Technician, we know there's no better feeling than seeing a customer's vehicle at the front of the workshop, ready for collection—it's what our business is built on.
This role is the first of its kind within FMGRS, and you'll be at the forefront of the exciting changes to come. You'll be ATA/IMI qualified (or equivalent) and confident signing off your own work to the highest standards.
As a Paint Technician, you will be expected to:
- Prepare, prime and refinish vehicle panels to a high-quality, manufacturer-approved standard, ensuring accurate colour matching and a flawless finish.
- Work efficiently to meet productivity and quality targets while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and keep your work area clean, organised and compliant.
- Work collaboratively with the wider workshop team to ensure vehicles are repaired and returned to customers on time.
