(Immediate Start) Demand Planner (3-Month FTC) | Fast-Growth Drinks Brand | London
The Client
We're partnering with an ambitious, high-growth drinks brand that has quickly established itself as a leader within its category. Following a period of exceptional growth, the business is entering an exciting stage of expansion, with increasing demand across both UK retail and e-commerce channels.
To support this growth, they're looking to bring in an experienced Demand Planner on an initial three-month fixed-term contract. This is an immediate requirement, with the successful candidate playing a key role in ensuring accurate forecasting, maintaining optimal stock levels and supporting the wider Operations and Supply Chain teams during a busy trading period.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, fast-paced business where you'll have genuine ownership from day one and make an immediate impact.
The Role
Reporting into the Supply Chain team, you'll take ownership of the demand planning process, ensuring accurate sales forecasts are translated into effective inventory plans. Working closely with Commercial, Finance, Operations and external manufacturing partners, you'll help balance customer demand with supply constraints, minimising stock risk while maintaining excellent service levels.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working with data, spotting trends and collaborating across multiple functions to drive informed decision-making. You'll be joining at a critical point for the business, making this an excellent opportunity to add value from the outset.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
