Immersive Experience Restaurant Host

Our hospitality team are now looking for an Immersive Experience Restaurant Host to create a warm, theatrical and memorable welcome, guiding customers through a story-led hospitality experience from arrival to departure.

This role sits within an immersive, brand-led restaurant environment, where hospitality, theatre and customer connection come together to create moments of surprise and delight. As an Immersive Experience Restaurant Host, you will be the first moment of magic for our customers, helping to set the tone for a seamless, joyful and unmistakably Harrods experience.

This is a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months.

About the Role

As an Immersive Experience Restaurant Host, you will be responsible for owning the customer journey, creating a confident welcome and ensuring every guest is guided through the experience with warmth, clarity and care. You will support the smooth running of service by managing bookings, walk-ins, queues and guest flow, while working closely with front-of-house, dining, retail and kitchen teams to deliver a consistent, high-energy experience.

Our Immersive Experience Restaurant Hosts also:

  • Guide customers through each stage of their visit, managing flow, queues and expectations with clarity and control.
  • Bring the experience to life through storytelling, strong product awareness and small, meaningful touches that create emotional connection.

About You

You will be confident, energetic and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in a premium environment. You will have a natural ability to engage people, using your personality, presence and communication skills to create moments that feel joyful, personal and memorable.

You will also:

  • Have experience within a premium customer-facing environment, ideally in a hospitality or luxury retail setting.
  • Have a proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to adapt to changing service needs.
  • Be highly organised and calm under pressure, able to manage changing priorities while keeping service smooth and customers reassured.
  • Be commercially aware, understanding how customer flow, pace and experience work together to support both service excellence and performance.
