This part-time, on-site role based in Manchester involves facilitating immersive learning experiences using cutting-edge AI-powered VR/AR technologies. The Immersive Learning Facilitator will prepare digital training modules, lead engaging learning sessions, and support participants to ensure successful adoption of immersive tools and simulations. The role also includes providing feedback on learning program effectiveness and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience with Virtual, Augmented, and Mixed Realities, combined with a strong understanding of immersive technologies
- Proficiency in developing and delivering training programs, educational content, and simulation-based learning
- Strong communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills to effectively lead learning sessions and support participants
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and adaptability to integrate new tools and approaches into educational experiences
- Previous experience in education, training, or facilitation roles is beneficial
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence applications in education and enterprise training is a plus
- Degree in Education, Technology, or a related field preferred
