Do you love being in character, sparking wonder and transforming everyday interactions into memorable moments?
Wake The Tiger is looking for imaginative, engaging and adaptable performers to join our Immersive Performance Team.
This isn't traditional theatre.
Our performers inhabit the world of Meridia, interacting with visitors through character-led encounters, structured improvisation and immersive storytelling. You'll help animate our spaces, inspire curiosity and create moments of amazement for thousands of guests.
Whether you're an actor, improviser, physical performer, storyteller, roleplayer, facilitator or creative adventurer, we'd love to see what you can bring to our world.
How To Apply

- A short video (no longer than a minute) of yourself talking to camera. Imagine you're a resident of the Dream Factory, and a visitor has just come through the portal for the first time. Welcome them. Tell them a little about yourself. Then let them know that something particularly strange is happening today and what to look out for.

The World
The world you're in is called Meridia. It's a parallel version of Earth where the climate crisis has advanced dramatically. Consumerism, corruption and capitalism pushed it to the edge. Now, in this dystopian age, a group of survivors have come together to create something hopeful: The Dream Factory.
The Dream Factory is a maze-like community centre, filled with surreal experiments, inventions and ideas. The people who live and work there are its residents: visionaries, disrupters, explorers and inventors doing what they can to imagine a better future.
IMPORTANT DATES
- Application Deadline: Monday 28th September (Candidates will be responded to on the 29th September)
- Auditions: Monday 5th October between 9.30am and 4.30pm (Time slots will be provided).
