About Redfern Legal

Redfern Legal’s services span business and family immigration, corporate and commercial law, intellectual property and data protection, dispute resolution, commercial property, and employment.

We seek an Immigration Adviser for Business Immigration

Based in Covent Garden, Central London, and at home, the Immigration Adviser will be offered a full-time, permanent position but consultancy terms are available if preferred.

Your Role

While acting predominantly for an immigration client base largely comprised of UK, the Americas, European and Asia based people and corporates, the work will also involve an element of Private Client Immigration.

The successful Immigration Adviser will be exposed to:

  • Sponsor licence applications and visas under that
  • global talent and innovator
  • Family applications
  • Compliance work

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include assessing client eligibility, preparing and reviewing visa and immigration applications, drafting supporting documentation, and managing case files from initial consultation through to decision. The role involves liaising with clients, authorities, and other professional advisers, staying current with immigration rules and policy changes, and contributing to internal know-how and precedents.

About you

The firm hopes to speak with talented Immigration Advisers who demonstrate:

  • 2 + years of Corporate or Private Client Immigration experience
  • An excellent academic record
  • Experience in a busy, highly rated team, must be good technically, a team player and business development minded.

Relevant professional qualification (e.g., solicitor, barrister, OISC-accredited adviser) or equivalent experience in immigration practice.
