We are seeking an IAA regulated Immigration Adviser to join our team, focused on end-to-end visa processing. This is a high-volume role, you'll be processing Skilled Worker visas at scale, so proven experience in sponsorship compliance and CoS assignment is essential.
You must have at least 2 years’ experience supporting clients with sponsorship licence applications, CoS applications and SMS management. Experience in the social care sector is strongly preferred. You must be a Level 1 Adviser registered with the IAA. We will ask you to demonstrate this prior to the interview.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Visa Processing: Own the full visa journey for sponsored workers - assessing eligibility, drafting and assigning Certificates of Sponsorship, reviewing and quality-checking visa applications, and tracking progress through to grant.
- Volume Management: Process high volumes of Skilled Worker visa cases accurately and efficiently, managing your own caseload against SLAs.
- Reporting: Maintain clear case tracking and produce regular progress reports on caseload status, timelines, and outcomes.
- Level 1 SMS Access: Hold Level 1 user status on the Home Office Sponsorship Management System for client accounts, carrying out CoS assignments and related compliance tasks.
- Employer Consultations: Provide accurate, practical advice to employers on their sponsorship obligations and compliance with the Points-Based System.
- Right to Work Checks: Support employers with correct Right to Work check processes as part of the sponsorship workflow.
Qualifications and Skills
- IAA Accreditation: Level 1 accreditation is essential.
- Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in sponsorship licence applications, CoS and visa processing, and SMS management, ideally in a high-volume setting. Social care sector experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge: Solid working knowledge of the Skilled Worker route, sponsor compliance duties, and the Points-Based System.
- Accuracy at Volume: Proven ability to process large caseloads without compromising accuracy, this role requires sustained attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Clear, confident communication with employers and HR contacts on immigration matters.
- Technological Comfort: Comfortable working with a technology platform and digital case management tools.
- Team Collaboration: Works well within a small, fast-moving immigration team, and comfortable collaborating across different teams within the business to help identify and improve processes.

Additional Information
- Hybrid role, minimum 3 days a week in our office in Aldgate East.
- May occasionally require travel to client sites for consultations and meetings.
