Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled UK Inbound Immigration Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of UK immigration laws, policies, and Home Office procedures, with a proven track record of successfully assisting individuals and businesses with visa applications, work visas, sponsorship licenses, and settlement applications. This role requires exceptional client management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle immigration cases efficiently.

Provide end-to-end UK immigration case support on standard matters under supervision, delivering high-quality client service and ensuring accurate administration, billing, and compliance with internal processes.

Case Management
- Support end to end UK immigration cases under the supervision of an account manager.
- Prepare and draft Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS), visa application forms (VAF), and related documentation.
- Draft routine immigration advice and correspondence for review.
- Track application progress, manage deadlines, and escalate risks or issues promptly.
Client Service and Communication
- Act as day-to-day contact for clients on assigned matters/accounts.
- Participate in client calls, prepare meeting notes, and respond to routine queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date client and matter records.
Billing, Time Recording and Administration
- Support billing processes by updating billing trackers accurately and on time.
- Assist with raising invoices in line with agreed fees and engagement terms.
- Complete time recording accurately and in accordance with firm policies.
- Provide broader administrative and operational support, including engagement letters, onboarding documentation, and compliance processes.
Team Contribution
- Contribute positively to team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Support the profile of the immigration team through newsletters, updates, and internal or external engagement activities.
- Attend relevant industry or professional events (e.g. ILPA meetings) and share key learnings with the team.

What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 1 years' corporate immigration experience.
- UK corporate immigration technical knowledge.
- Experience dealing with client relationships.
- Billing/WIP management experience.
- Degree qualified or equivalent experience.
- IAA Level 1 accreditation (or willingness to obtain).
