Vialto UK’s global immigration coordination team is hiring. This presents an opportunity to join a team of 100 plus immigration specialists working closely with colleagues in Global Tax services to deliver practical global mobility advice with a business focus. Our global immigration network provides immigration services in over 40 countries including work permits, technology-driven business visa support, document procurement and legalization services, private client matters, and immigration consultancy services.

Job Description
This role is focused on assisting with the immigration requirements and consular services for our clients' employees - primarily with business travel and business visa applications. It involves ensuring adherence to Immigration Laws and Regulations and delivering outstanding client service. The caseworker plays a vital role, whether they are assigned to a global account or a specific geographic region. They engage in close collaboration with clients, individual employees, legal teams, government entities, and various stakeholders. This collaboration is essential for facilitating efficient and well-coordinated immigration processes. The caseworker's responsibilities are crucial in managing the complexities of immigration procedures and ensuring successful outcomes for all parties involved.
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of global clients, while reporting to Managers and above
- Prepare, review, and assist with complex business travel assessments and business visa applications for global clients
- Lead and coordinate with Vialto’s global offices and third-party vendors to provide immigration and consular services to clients
- Be involved in the financial management of clients
- Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
- Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
- Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges
- Assist in the management and delivery of large projects
- Train, coach, and supervise Associates
- Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience delivering consular services to global clients, having worked in an immigration environment delivering immigration compliance services to corporate clients.
- Experience as a caseworker preparing and lodging business visa applications across multiple jurisdictions
- Understanding of visa and legalization processes across different jurisdictions
- Strong client service skills
- Able to demonstrate resilience, self-motivation, and a positive can-do attitude
- Hard working and committed to completing tasks well with very strong attention to detail
- Ability to confidentially deal with demanding situations, people, and requirements
- Proven organizational/project management skills
- Clear, articulate, and confident written and verbal communication skills that do not require review
- Primarily a team player but able to work under own initiative
- Proficient in use of standard office software

- Contract type: Fixed-term contract

- Hybrid model (3 days in the office)
