About the Role:
As an Immigration Consultant, you'll provide expert UK immigration advice and case management support to educational organisations and individual clients. Working within our growing immigration practice, you'll manage a varied caseload spanning work visas, sponsor licence compliance, settlement, citizenship and other immigration routes. You'll guide clients through every stage of the process, ensuring applications are managed efficiently, accurately and with exceptional attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced immigration professional who combines technical expertise with a highly client-focused approach. You'll play an important role in supporting our clients while contributing to the continued growth of the service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advice across a range of UK immigration categories.
- Manage immigration applications from initial instruction through to decision.
- Advise employers on sponsorship requirements, right to work obligations and sponsor licence compliance.
- Conduct consultations and assess eligibility across relevant immigration routes.
- Prepare high-quality application packs, legal representations and supporting documentation.
- Monitor application progress and provide proactive updates to clients.
- Build trusted client relationships through responsive and professional service delivery.
- Support business development activities and identify opportunities to add value.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration legislation, policy and UKVI guidance.
- Contribute to service improvements, guidance materials and best practice initiatives.

About You:
You're an experienced immigration professional who enjoys helping clients navigate complex immigration processes and achieve successful outcomes. You'll be confident managing your own caseload, communicating complex requirements clearly and providing practical, tailored advice. You'll thrive in a fast-paced advisory environment and take pride in delivering an outstanding client experience.
You'll bring:
- IAA accreditation (Level 1) or equivalent immigration advisory experience.
- Experience managing UK immigration applications from instruction to decision.
- Strong knowledge of key UK immigration routes, including Skilled Worker, Family, Student, Visitor and Settlement applications.
- Experience supporting sponsor licence applications and compliance activities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to explain technical immigration requirements clearly and confidently.
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to client service.
- Commercial awareness and an interest in supporting business growth.

Desirable:
- Experience supporting sponsor licence holders with ongoing compliance requirements.
- Experience within a consultancy or multi-client advisory environment.
- Knowledge of eVisas, UKVI digital systems and the UK Immigration ID Check App.
- Experience in business development or client relationship management.
- Fluency in an additional language.
