Role Purpose
Deloitte is a market-leader for business immigration services and is the largest single provider of immigration advice to corporate clients and their globally mobile employees, active in 140 countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate, commercially sound advice and excellent client service.
- Provide daily support to Analysts, including delegation and review.
- Lead and establish case strategies for UK visa applications, enabling international moves.
- Possess deep technical knowledge of Immigration Rules, laws, and systems; stay updated on policy changes and global trends.
- Liaise with relevant immigration authorities.
- Prepare detailed strategic and compliance advice for clients managing international business/lifestyle factors.
- Participate in knowledge management, assisting with news, training, thought leadership, business development, and client projects as required.
- Utilise firm systems for data analysis, reporting, filing, billing, and administrative duties to ensure effective account management.
- Effectively manage diverse teams within an inclusive culture, recognising individual contributions.

Experience
- Demonstrated expertise in delivering UK immigration services to clients in volume.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and principles.
- Proven commitment to providing exceptional client service and cultivating robust client relationships.
- Highly proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of initiative.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Adept at utilising Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) and other relevant business applications.
- Possesses a deep understanding of the transformative impact of our work on individuals' life journeys.
- Exhibits a methodical and process-oriented approach to tasks and projects.
