The Immigration Consultant & Case Worker is a full-time remote role responsible for managing end-to-end UK immigration cases for a diverse range of clients. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Assessing client eligibility
- Conducting detailed consultations
- Collecting and reviewing documentation
- Preparing visa and immigration applications for categories such as visitor, family, student, skilled worker, settlement, citizenship, and sponsor licences
The role involves maintaining accurate case records, drafting professional correspondence, and ensuring all applications comply with current UK immigration laws and IAA regulatory standards. The consultant will liaise with clients, internal stakeholders, and, where appropriate, external partners to provide timely updates and clear guidance throughout the immigration process. Additional responsibilities include:
- Monitoring regulatory changes
- Contributing to process improvements
- Supporting the development of best practices in global mobility and immigration compliance
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of UK immigration issues and procedures, including common case types and compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience with a range of visa categories (e.g., visitor, family, student, skilled worker, settlement, citizenship, and sponsor licences).
- Understanding of immigration law principles and regulatory frameworks, ideally within an IAA-regulated or similar environment.
- Consulting skills with the ability to conduct clear, structured client interviews and provide practical, well-reasoned immigration advice.
- Exposure to global immigration and mobility matters, with awareness of cross-border considerations and international client needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including precise drafting of documents, letters, and application forms.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a remote setting.
- Proficiency with digital case management tools, document management systems, and secure online communication platforms.
- Relevant academic background in law, immigration, international relations.
