Immigration Consultant
We are partnering with a global provider of international moving and mobility services, supporting businesses with international expansion, talent mobility and cross-border immigration. They deliver tailored immigration solutions to organisations and individuals navigating complex international requirements.
We are seeking an experienced Immigration Consultant to join their in-house UK team. You will manage a varied UK immigration caseload, providing clear, accurate advice and support to corporate clients, HR teams and assignees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end UK immigration cases from initial assessment and advice through to application submission and post-decision support.
- Advise corporate clients and private individuals on appropriate visa routes, work authorisation and residence requirements.
- Prepare, review and submit applications in accordance with UK immigration legislation and Home Office requirements.
- Respond to queries from applicants, corporate mobility and HR teams, internal colleagues, partners and government authorities.
- Monitor visa and document expiry dates, providing proactive advice on renewals and upcoming deadlines.
- Work closely with account management and assignment management teams.
- Liaise with government departments and immigration authorities on case updates and policy queries.

Key Skills and Experience:

- 2+ years' experience managing UK immigration casework.
- IAA Level 1 accreditation is essential.
- Strong knowledge of UK immigration compliance requirements.
- Excellent legal research, written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
- Confident working independently while contributing positively to a wider team.
- Proactive, consultative and solutions-focused approach.
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
