UK IMMIGRATION LAWYER – LONDON 🇬🇧
Díaz & Asociados is looking for an experienced UK Immigration Lawyer to join our growing international team in London. We are seeking a proactive and ambitious legal professional with strong experience in UK Immigration Law and the ability to work with an international and Spanish-speaking client base.
Responsibilities
- Advising clients on UK immigration matters.
- Managing Skilled Worker Visa applications.
- Advising companies on Sponsor Licence applications and compliance.
- Handling Spouse, Partner and Family Visas.
- Managing Student and Graduate Visa matters.
- Advising on Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR).
- Handling British Citizenship and Naturalisation applications.
- Preparing and submitting applications to the Home Office.
- Advising international companies on Global Mobility and employee relocation.
- Managing immigration cases independently from initial consultation to final resolution.

Essential Requirements
- Qualified and currently registered to practise as a solicitor or lawyer in the United Kingdom.
- Current professional registration must be valid and in good standing.
- Previous professional experience in UK Immigration Law.
- Strong knowledge of UK immigration rules and Home Office procedures.
- Fluent Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to manage immigration cases independently.
- Strong organisational and client-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
