Immediate start: Senior Immigration Consultants x 2 (UK Immigration)
Location: Harrow on the Hill, London (HA1)
Full-time | Office-based (Hybrid working may be considered following successful completion of probation)

Having recently completed 25 years in the UK, we continue to grow and are looking for an experienced UK Immigration Manager / Senior Immigration Consultant to lead client relationships, manage complex immigration matters, and support the continued expansion of our Immigration Department.

The Role
You will take ownership of a portfolio of corporate clients, providing strategic immigration advice while leading a team of Immigration Consultants and Caseworkers. You will ensure excellent client service, maintain the highest standards of compliance, and oversee the smooth delivery of all immigration matters.

- Manage a portfolio of sponsor licence holders across multiple sectors.
- Advise employers on Sponsor Licence applications, Skilled Worker visas, Sponsor Compliance and UK immigration strategy.
- Act as a Level 1 User on the Sponsor Management System (SMS), including:
- Assigning Certificates of Sponsorship
- Reporting sponsor duties
- Maintaining licence compliance
- Lead and mentor a remote team of Immigration Consultants and Caseworkers based in India.
- Allocate workloads and monitor case progression to ensure service levels are consistently achieved.
- Conduct technical reviews of complex applications before submission.
- Support clients through Home Office audits, compliance visits and sponsor licence renewals.
- Keep up to date with changes in UK immigration legislation and implement best practice across the department.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients and become their trusted immigration adviser.
- Assist with training, process improvement and departmental development.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- 4-6+ years' experience in UK business immigration.
- Extensive experience managing Sponsor Licence applications and Skilled Worker visa casework.
- Strong knowledge of Sponsor Compliance and Sponsor Management System (SMS) requirements.
- Experience supervising or managing a team.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise a high-volume caseload while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Confidence in dealing directly with business owners, HR teams and senior stakeholders.
- OISC, IAA or solicitor qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
