About Nscale

Nscale is a global hyperscaler engineered for AI infrastructure and the engine for superintelligence. As we scale our global footprint across new entities, countries, and EOR locations, our ability to hire, relocate, and support talent compliantly and efficiently is mission-critical. Immigration and mobility are not just processes — they are foundational to how fast and how far Nscale can grow.

We're looking for an experienced, senior Immigration & Mobility professional to help take Nscale's Global Mobility & Immigration Centre of Excellence to its next stage of maturity — someone who has operated at a senior level in global immigration and mobility, and who wants to bring that experience to bear on building a function, not just running one. As the team grows, this role is expected to take on light people-leadership responsibilities alongside its operational and governance scope.

Why Join Nscale?

This is a rare opportunity to operate at a senior level inside a function that is actively being built, not one that's already mature. You'll partner directly with the Global Head of Immigration & Mobility to design and mature the operating model, governance, and vendor ecosystem behind Nscale's global mobility and immigration programme — with real influence over how the function scales as Nscale's global footprint grows.

The Impact You'll Have

You'll bring senior-level judgement and experience to the operational leadership of a fast-scaling global function — owning governance, vendor strategy execution, and compliance across a rapidly growing entity and EOR footprint spanning the US, UK, and beyond.

Your experience will directly shape how Nscale's Centre of Excellence matures — from process and policy execution today, to a fully scaled operating model as the business continues to grow.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Elevating the Function and Centre of Excellence

  • Partner with the Director to mature Nscale's Global Mobility & Immigration Centre of Excellence from foundational delivery into a fully scaled operating model
  • Bring senior-level experience and judgement to how the function's governance, processes, and vendor ecosystem should evolve as the business scales
  • Help define and implement the operating model, frameworks, and toolkits that will support Nscale's next stage of global growth
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members as the function grows

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Owning Operational Excellence and Governance

  • Own end-to-end operational delivery across immigration and mobility casework, ensuring SLA adherence and consistent case management across all entities and EOR locations
  • Lead vendor governance across the full ecosystem, including performance tracking, invoicing, and quarterly and annual reviews
  • Own escalation management for complex, sensitive, or high-risk cases, applying senior judgement on prioritisation and stakeholder involvement
  • Lead compliance governance and audit-readiness activity, including documentation standards, risk reporting, and quarterly compliance reporting to leadership

Driving Scale and Automation

  • Drive automation and process improvement initiatives
  • Lead onboarding of new entities and locations, ensuring immigration and mobility support is established from day one
  • Own immigration and mobility programme performance metrics and governance reporting, including compliance trends, processing timelines, and vendor performance

Partnering Across the Business

  • Operate as a senior cross-functional partner to Legal, Tax, People Ops, Talent Acquisition, and People Partnering on policy application and complex case guidance
  • Represent the function credibly with senior stakeholders, bringing experience and confidence to complex, ambiguous situations

Who You Are

You're a senior, experienced immigration and mobility professional who has operated at scale before, and who wants to bring that experience to a function that's still being built. You bring gravitas, sound judgement, and the confidence to operate autonomously in ambiguity, while also being deeply hands-on when the situation demands it. You're motivated by the opportunity to shape a function's next stage of growth, not simply run an established one.
