A Top 100 UK law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate Immigration Solicitor to join its growing Immigration team. The practice advises businesses, senior executives, entrepreneurs, and private individuals across a broad range of UK immigration and nationality matters.
The Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload encompassing both corporate and private immigration matters, including:
- Skilled Worker and Global Business Mobility visas
- Sponsor licence applications and compliance
- Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR)
- British citizenship and nationality applications
- Family and private client immigration matters
- EU Settlement Scheme applications
- Human rights-based immigration cases
- Employer advisory and compliance work

The role offers significant client contact and the opportunity to advise a diverse client base ranging from SMEs through to international organizations, alongside high-net-worth individuals and senior executives.
Candidate Profile
The firm is keen to hear from qualified solicitors who possess:
- Approximately 4+ years' PQE in immigration law (guideline only)
- Strong experience across corporate/business immigration
- Exposure to private client immigration matters
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness and enthusiasm for business development
- A collaborative and team-oriented approach
