Immigration Solicitor – Training Contract Available
Location: London East
Compensation: Excellent Package
Experience: 1-2 Years + PQE in Immigration law
This successful and prestigious law firm has won a huge volume of new business.
Due to their reputation in the market, they are the "Go To" firm for Immigration Assistance for both incoming people entering the UK and employers looking to sponsor new employees with specific skills.
The role will suit an experienced solicitor in this specialised field and our client is open to experience at different levels.
With many highly renowned partners, the firm is in demand and there is an opportunity to develop a great career away from the high pressures of Bigger City Law firms.

Requirements
- Provide important support and advice for those seeking to settle in the UK
- Assist people applying for UK visas, either for themselves or on behalf of their family
- Help explain and achieve Visa Categories including Refusals and Appeals, Sponsor Licenses, UK Naturalisation, Dependant Visas and more.
- Understand the processes of Deportation, Removal and Bail
- Obtain Immigration visas, including Visits, Spouse/Partner/Family, Extensions, Business & Work, Refusals
- Deal with complex Immigration Appeals, Asylum & Refugee Matters
- EU Settlement Scheme
- British Citizenship
- Immigration Refusals & Appeals
- Asylum and Refugee Law
- Immigration Detention Matters
