Firm
A leading Thames Valley law firm are seeking an experienced Corporate Immigration Solicitor to join them.
Role
You will join a team of 4 specialists who are part of a wider employment and immigration team.
Responsibilities
- Acting as a point of contact for a range of clients on UK immigration matters
- Providing advice to clients on the full range of UK immigration categories, particularly the sponsorship system and associated visa categories
- Developing and maintaining a strong knowledge of the Immigration Rules, relevant legislation and the operation of the UK immigration system
- Acting as a Level 1 User on the Sponsor Management System on behalf of clients
- Liaising with the Home Office on immigration-related matters
- Providing advice to clients on developing international recruitment strategies
- Visiting client sites to deliver training and conduct audits
- Assisting with the ongoing development and management of the firm’s knowledge library, including drafting new precedents and updating existing materials
- Supporting the Head of Immigration in the continued development of the team, including playing an active role in business development activities

You
The firm are seeking a UK qualified lawyer with between 1-3 years of experience in immigration law with a solid technical understanding of corporate immigration law.
