About Us
Díaz & Asociados is a growing international law firm with offices across Europe and Latin America, specialising in Immigration Law, Global Mobility, and international legal services. As part of our continued international expansion, we are looking for a Spanish-speaking Immigration Solicitor to join our London office and help develop our UK Immigration practice. We are seeking a motivated, proactive, and ambitious legal professional who is passionate about immigration law and interested in building a long-term career within an international firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise individuals, families, and businesses on UK Immigration Law.
- Prepare and manage UK visa and residence applications.
- Handle Skilled Worker, Family, Partner, and Student Visa applications.
- Assist companies with Sponsor Licences and corporate immigration matters.
- Advise on Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) and British Citizenship applications.
- Communicate with the Home Office and manage client matters.
- Work closely with our international offices on cross-border immigration cases.
- Contribute to the growth and development of our UK Immigration Department.

Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a valid SRA Practising Certificate.
- Fluent English and Spanish (essential).
- Previous experience or a good understanding of UK Immigration Law.
- Excellent communication and client-management skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to develop professionally.
Newly Qualified Solicitors (NQ) and candidates with experience in other legal areas who are interested in specialising in immigration law are encouraged to apply.
