Post-Qualified Immigration Solicitor regulated by the SRA / IAA Level 3 Adviser

Stockton-on-Tees | Up to £44,000 | Full-time / Permanent

Edwards Immigration Services Ltd is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Post-Qualified Immigration Solicitor or IAA Level 3 Immigration Adviser to join our specialist team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong immigration professional who wants to work in a highly respected, client-centred practice delivering exceptional outcomes across private client, business immigration, asylum, human rights, and appeals work.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing complex immigration and nationality matters from instruction to conclusion
  • Advising on family, private, business, and human rights immigration matters
  • Handling appeals, administrative reviews, and judicial review preparation
  • Preparing high-quality legal submissions and supporting evidence
  • Delivering outstanding client care and trusted strategic advice
  • Supporting junior advisers, caseworkers, and legal support staff
  • Contributing to compliance, audits, and best practice development

What we’re looking for

  • Qualified Solicitor regulated by SRA or current IAA Level 3 Adviser
  • Strong UK immigration law expertise
  • Legal Aid Contract – Knowledge and experience
  • Experience of complex casework and appeals
  • Excellent drafting, advocacy, and client management skills
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capability
  • Commercial awareness with exceptional professional standards
