The Role:
You will play a vital role in supporting GWS' global operations by managing immigration and work authorization processes for our international workforce. Working closely with project teams, HR, resource allocation, managers, and external providers, you will ensure our employees can travel and work legally across multiple countries while maintaining compliance with local immigration requirements. This is a dynamic role that combines administration, advisory work, stakeholder management, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage visa, work permit, and immigration processes for technicians and employees globally.
- Ensure employees have the required permissions to legally enter and work in project countries.
- Advise stakeholders on immigration requirements and international mobility compliance.
- Research and monitor immigration regulations, market entry requirements, and work authorization processes across multiple countries.
- Handle immigration-related issues connected to international assignments and cross-border workforce deployment.
- Develop, maintain, and improve immigration documentation, guidelines, and processes.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external immigration providers.
- Act as a key point of contact for immigration and global mobility matters across the business.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Global Mobility.

Requirements
- Experience working with immigration, visas, work permits, or global mobility administration.
- Knowledge of immigration regulations, work authorization processes, and international mobility compliance.
- Experience supporting an international and preferably project-based organization.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
