Proposed interview date: 14-Sept-2026

Immigration Rules

HCT will prioritise recruitment of workers living in England under the new immigration rules for care workers effective from 9 April 2025. Employers must first prove that they have attempted to recruit a worker from within England who needs new sponsorship. This ensures that those who came to the UK to pursue a career in adult social care can do so.

Main Duties of the Job

Delivering immunisations across Essex to children and young people in schools and to individuals of all ages in community clinics. This role has a specific focus on reducing health inequalities by providing vaccinations to hard-to-reach and underserved communities across Essex. Through building strong relationships with local communities and partner organisations the postholder will help identify and address barriers to vaccine uptake, ensuring equitable access to immunisation services and improving health outcomes for vulnerable populations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
