Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland

You will be part of Scotland’s leading health charity providing support to people with chest, heart and stroke conditions and Long Covid to live life to the full again.

What The Role Will Involve

The role's purpose is to provide support across CHSS’s impact and evaluation framework, helping to strengthen how the charity understands, demonstrates and improves the difference it makes for people with our conditions.

Working directly with the Impact and Evaluation Manager, the postholder will support the consistent application of evaluation practice, use of insight and outcome reporting across CHSS. The role will support teams with evaluation planning, data collection, analysis and reporting.

A core component of the role will be supporting the Service Delivery team to maintain high quality and effective insights for the Community Healthcare Support Service Model. The postholder will maintain strong engagement with the Service Delivery team and response rates from service users, ensuring that everyone who accesses our services has an opportunity to feedback on their outcomes and experiences.

CHSS offers a shorter full-time working week of 32.5 hours alongside a range of organisational benefits including: Company pension scheme, generous holiday allowance, company sick pay, employee welfare support and life assurance.
