Who we are

Futures For All is the largest social mobility charity in the UK. We help to level the playing field between state and independent schools by giving all young people access to the same prestigious networks available to the top fee-paying schools.

We believe that by inspiring young people to explore their ambitions through our speaker programme, facilitating access to multi-day experiences of the world of work, and supporting young people to successfully seize opportunities available to them, then we can make a profound difference to the lives of young people, their future happiness and prosperity.

By 2028, our ambition is that every young person in the UK has access to high quality work experience. Yet today, less than half of young people leave secondary school having had any work experience whatsoever.

Role Summary

The Policy, Research and Impact Directorate ensures that the Charity is evidence-led, impact-focused, and continuously improving the quality of our programmes.

The Impact and Insight Officer will work closely with the Senior Impact and Evaluation Advisor to coordinate robust data collection, management, and analysis across all projects. This role is responsible for maintaining high standards of data integrity, translating quantitative and qualitative findings into accessible reports and presentations, and collaborating with teams across Futures For All to embed evidence-based decision-making into everything we do.

Key Duties / Responsibilities

Strategic Purpose:

  • Coordinate the collection, organisation, and management of quantitative and qualitative data across all projects, programmes, and initiatives.
  • Conduct analysis to identify key trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic planning and programme improvement.
  • Assist with the timely and accurate execution of impact reports, both quarterly and year-end, to inform evidence-based decision-making and performance against key objectives.
  • Stay up to date with relevant sector research, evaluation methodologies, and policy developments where relevant.

Engagement:

  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships across internal directorates, including Programmes, Development, Fundraising, and Marketing and Communications.
  • Support teams in interpreting evaluation findings, building data confidence, and using insights to improve programme design.
  • Work alongside the Senior Impact and Evaluation Advisor in collaborating with Marketing and Communications, translating data and evaluation findings into compelling statistics and content for social media, campaigns, and external audiences.
  • Champion best practice in data governance, security, and integrity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
