Role Overview
Help Integrate Hope strengthen how we measure and communicate our impact. Use your monitoring and evaluation expertise to develop practical tools, capture meaningful outcomes and turn programme evidence into powerful insight for funders, partners and commissioners.

- Your contribution will help us understand not simply how many people attend our programmes, but what changes because they participated.
- Stronger evidence will enable us to improve our programmes, demonstrate accountability to the communities we serve and communicate our value more effectively to funders, corporate partners and commissioners.
- It will also strengthen future funding applications and help us compete for larger opportunities where organisations are expected to demonstrate measurable outcomes and social value.
- Most importantly, you will leave Integrate Hope with a practical impact framework and tools that our team can continue using long after the initial project has finished.
- Your expertise will help us turn the experiences and achievements of the people we support into credible evidence that can ultimately help us reach more communities.
What Are We Looking For?
We are looking for someone with professional experience in monitoring, evaluation, impact measurement, research, social value or programme evaluation.
We would particularly value experience of:
- Developing monitoring and evaluation frameworks
- Designing outcomes and performance indicators
- Theory of Change or logic models
- Quantitative and qualitative evaluation
- Designing surveys, feedback tools or evaluation methods
- Analysing programme data and identifying meaningful insight
- Impact reporting and communicating findings clearly
- Social Value or Social Return on Investment
- Working with charities, CICs, funders or public-sector commissioners

We have successfully delivered community programmes and already collect participant numbers, feedback, testimonials and outcomes. We now want to bring this together into a consistent and professional impact framework that can support our future funding, partnerships and commissioned work.
Working closely with our Founder/CEO and delivery team, you will
- Review how we currently capture programme outcomes and identify gaps
- Help develop a practical Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning framework
- Identify meaningful outcomes and indicators across our programmes
- Develop simple tools for participant feedback, pre and post programme measurement and longer-term outcomes
- Help us combine quantitative data with qualitative evidence and lived experience
- Strengthen how we evidence social impact to funders, commissioners and partners
- Advise on ethical and appropriate collection of participant information
- Help establish consistent reporting templates across programmes
- Support the development of an annual Integrate Hope Impact Report
- Where appropriate, help us develop theories of change for key programmes
We need a framework that is credible but proportionate for a grassroots CIC. We are therefore looking for someone who can bring professional expertise while creating systems that our team can realistically maintain.
This would initially be a defined 3–6 month project, with the possibility of an ongoing advisory relationship if mutually beneficial.
