Our implant proposition is built around making high-quality implant treatment more accessible to patients, with a simple approach to pricing, exceptional clinical care and a seamless patient journey from first enquiry through to aftercare.
This is an opportunity to join the project right at the beginning and play an important role in shaping how it grows.
About the Role
Are you an experienced Treatment Coordinator with a passion for implant dentistry and helping patients take the next step towards treatment?
We’re looking for a Remote Implant Treatment Coordinator to join our team, supporting patients across our practices and helping turn implant enquiries into consultations and treatment.
This is a highly patient-focused role with a strong commercial element. You’ll be the main point of contact for prospective implant patients, building relationships, understanding what they want to achieve and supporting them through what can often be a significant treatment decision.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About You
We're looking for someone who combines excellent patient communication with a strong commercial mindset.
You'll ideally have previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, Implant Coordinator or in a similar patient-facing dental role, with a good understanding of implant dentistry.
You'll be comfortable discussing single and multiple implants as well as full-arch/full-mouth implant solutions at a non-clinical level, while recognising when questions need to be referred to a clinician.
Most importantly, you'll be someone who genuinely enjoys speaking to patients. You'll know how to build trust, listen to concerns and confidently guide someone towards making a decision without making the experience feel pressured or overly sales-focused.
You'll be proactive, organised and persistent, comfortable managing a pipeline of patients who may take weeks or months to make their decision.
What Success Looks Like
This is a results-focused role, so you'll take pride in seeing the patients you support progress from an initial enquiry to consultation and ultimately life-changing treatment.
Success will be measured through areas such as patient contact rates, consultations booked, conversion to treatment, treatment value and effective follow-up of your patient pipeline.
Above all, we're looking for someone who can combine implant knowledge, exceptional patient care and strong sales ability to help more patients confidently take the next step in their implant journey.
