About the Company
Our client is a seven-person, venture-backed AI company building the agent layer for commercial insurance. Its unified workspace and AI agents reduce the manual effort required to place insurance risks. The team is already working with three of the ten largest insurance brokers globally and has raised an $8.5M pre-seed round.
About the Role
Join as a Founding Deployment Strategist to own pilot deployments from initial discovery through adoption and expansion. Work directly with the founders, customers, and engineers as one of the first dedicated deployment hires. This full-time role is onsite five days a week in Vauxhall, London, with regular travel to broker offices across the UK. The team works an intensive schedule, typically around 9am to 9pm, with additional work when deployments require it.
What You Will Do
- Manage one or two pilot deployments in parallel, owning client communication, data gathering, and stakeholder management.
- Translate complex broker workflows and business needs into clear requirements for engineers.
- Help pilots become full deployments and expand the product into additional business lines.
- Run structured meetings, respond to clients, and maintain progress in ambiguous conditions.
- Build AI-assisted demos and prototypes and turn deployment lessons into a repeatable playbook.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
