Implementation Consultant
We're partnering with a leading fintech to find 2 Implementation Consultant to join their growing professional services team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on translating complex client needs into practical, working solutions — ideally within a capital markets or wider financial services environment.
The Role
As Implementation Consultant, you'll sit at the heart of the client delivery lifecycle — from initial discovery through to go-live. You'll work closely with clients to understand their business processes, document requirements, and configure the platform to meet their needs, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support requirements gathering workshops with client stakeholders, translating business needs into clear functional specifications
- Own software configuration of the platform to align with client workflows
- Manage data migration, UAT, and go-live support
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, balancing their expectations with what's technically achievable
- Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and support teams to resolve issues and feed back client insight
- Produce clear documentation, training materials, and configuration guides
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Implementation Consultant, Business Analyst, or Solutions Consultant
- Hands-on experience configuring software
- Experience of CRM beneficial (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills
- Experience within capital markets, investment banking, asset management, or wider financial services highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical detail into business language and vice versa
- Comfortable managing multiple client engagements simultaneously
