As an Implementation Consultant, you will own the end-to-end implementation process, from onboarding to post-go-live optimisation. This role is critical in ensuring customers successfully adopt AssetTagz solutions while continuously refining their technical configuration to maximise value over time.
This is a customer-facing role, combining technical delivery, client training, strategic thinking, and long-term relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Implementation & Onboarding
- Lead onboarding process for new AssetTagz customers
- Develop and execute customer implementation plans ensuring smooth deployment and adoption
- Manage the setup, configuration, and deployment of AssetTagz, ensuring seamless integration into customer environments
- Provide customer technical documentation, workflows, and best practices for processes and governance
- Proactively identify implementation risks and provide recommendations to mitigate issues before they arise
- A commitment to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies, documentation, and overall service quality, coupled with providing valuable product feedback.
- Ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert for the AssetTagz platform, providing best practices and effectively addressing customer queries
- Deliver ongoing insights to help customers improve efficiency, performance, and scalability
- Collaborate with internal product and development teams to configure features, provide feedback, and resolve issues
- Assisting in technical pre-sales demonstrations for prospective customers

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- 4+ years in implementation, consulting, or professional services in a SaaS or cloud-based environment
- Excellent ability to translate customer needs into actionable technical requirements
- Experience managing multiple concurrent implementation projects with customers
- Proven success in software implementations, balancing technical execution with customer business needs
- Strong project management skills
- Experience leading technical enablement, training, or technical workshops
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sites.

Desirable
- Experience of construction, logistics, and asset management
- Familiarity with asset tagging technologies
- Knowledge of SQL and APIs
- Knowledge of ERP systems
