Implementation Consultant

Location: remote (only within the UK and we are not able to support sponsorship)

Salary expectations: up to £52,000

Job Purpose

As Implementation Consultant you will have full responsibility for ensuring the successful end-to-end implementation and readiness of our platform for our customers. Collaborating with sales, customers, and technical teams you will project manage multiple concurrent implementations: gathering requirements; managing the platform set up, technical configuration, data processing, integration, training, and user support.

Responsibilities:

  • Project managing the end-to-end implementation of our platform for customers
  • Owning and managing the technical platform set-up and configuration for customers, ensuring site readiness for Go-Live
  • Owning and managing the collection, formatting, and processing of customer data to ensure readiness for Go-Live
  • User acceptance testing and ensuring platform and data readiness for Go-Live
  • Delivering customer training, demos, and providing 1st line user support post Go-Live
  • Continuous improvement, helping build and enhance the operational blueprint for how we implement customers

Requirements:

  • Experience of project managing the implementation of B2B SaaS products to global enterprise customers
  • Excellent data skills and a love of working with data
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and improve how things work
  • An extremely organised and process driven with well-honed project management skills and a high attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment, be able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to flex and adapt in a fast-moving environment with rapidly changing priorities
