At Poka, we’re transforming how frontline teams operate, learn, and solve problems.
Our connected worker platform is purpose-built for manufacturing, empowering frontline workers to share knowledge, collaborate in real-time, and drive continuous improvement. Think of it as the missing digital link, bringing the human interface into the stack of the Smart Factory, generating the right data and insights that drive entirely new scales of process improvements.
We’re proud to support global leaders like Nestlé, Bosch, Mars, and Danone in their digital transformation journeys and as part of the IFS family, our reach and impact continue to grow globally.
This is Poka's first move into the Energy sector - a landmark, multi-year transformation with one of the world's largest Oil & Gas majors.
As our Implementation Consultant, you'll play a central role in guiding key customers through their Poka journey, from initial setup to successful adoption. You'll lead engaging workshops, coordinate smooth implementations, and empower frontline teams to get the most out of our platform - with a core focus on partnering with one of our most ambitious deployments to date, a major customer in the Energy sector.
This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you turn new customers into confident, thriving Poka users - one workshop at a time.
What you'll be doing
- Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding, aligning customer expectations with clear, measurable outcomes
- Collaborate with customers to define project scope, use cases, and the KPIs that drive business results
- Facilitate impactful training sessions and onboarding workshops — virtual and onsite — tailored to each customer's needs
- Own the Oil & Gas Reference Configuration Blueprint, use case packs (Digital Procedures, Operator Rounds), and master use-case delivery documents
- Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of Poka's onboarding methodology, enhancing scalability, automation, and standardisation
- Support prospects during their trial of Poka and deliver refresher or advanced training for existing customers

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
