Professional Services Consultant (Implementation Consultant)
Remote (UK) | Occasional customer site travel
£50,000 – £55,000
We’re looking for a technically strong Implementation Consultant to join a growing Professional Services team, delivering customer-facing solutions across integrations, financial systems, and software implementations.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of end-to-end deployments, working closely with customers, internal teams, and third-party vendors to design, build, and deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.
It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems and being closely involved in delivering real-world solutions from design through to go-live.

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading technical implementation projects from design through to go-live
- Building integrations and translating requirements into working systems
- Supporting customers directly and managing multiple deployments
- Working with finance systems and ERP integrations (Sage, NetSuite, SAP, D365, etc.)
- Providing 2nd line support including application fixes, application upgrades, and system migrations
- Contributing to continuous improvement and delivery excellence

What we’re looking for:
- Experience of implementing software/hosted applications is essential
- Experience in software implementation / technical delivery roles
- Strong skills in SQL, JavaScript or PowerShell (at least one)
- Background in integrations, APIs, or system deployments
- Experience with financial systems or ERP integrations is a strong plus
- Confident, customer-facing communicator with a problem-solving mindset
