About you

Are you…

  • A team player who can work well with other consultants and project managers to deliver first-class consultancy solutions and software solutions to customers on time and to budget?
  • A self-starter with combined passions of delivering strong customer service and technological innovation?

If so, this could be the role for you…

The role

As an Implementation Consultant, your role involves delivering and configuring software solutions for our customers, providing UAT support, writing ad-hoc scripts, building bespoke interfaces, ensuring processes and documentation are updated and using a variety of technical skills to deliver strong professional service to customers.

You will provide training both internally and externally and perform testing on Heywood’s new product modules as required. Additionally, providing third-line support to our Service Desk team on an ad-hoc basis.

You will have…

  • A track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet customer deadlines

  • Knowledge of REST APIs and standard HTTP methods and data migration; either using in-house tools or scripting migrations
  • Experience using SFTP servers to transfer data extracts for migrations
  • Proven background of tracking spend on projects against agreed budgets, producing project documentation for customer sign-off, and presenting at user groups, webinars, and testing parties
  • Some experience within third-line support, testing, and customer training

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
